Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive part-time Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Capital team, supporting a wide range of HR functions and ensuring effective management of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of US employment law and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information.
