Requirements

• Higher education degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedicine.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in a structured, regulated environment.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.

Benefits

• Gross Salary: 870 EUR/month x 14 months.
• Meal Allowance: 150 EUR/month x 12 months.
• Remote Work Allowance: 220 EUR/month x 12 months.
• Work-from-home model with one day per month on-site in Braga.
