Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our talent acquisition team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process for candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Aid in scheduling across various time zones.
  • Be an ambassador for the candidate experience.
  • Liaise with executive administrative partners for scheduling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate interview schedules in ATS.
  • Attend TA stand-up meetings with the Talent Team.
  • Actively respond across various communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Bonus Points: Executive scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Experience using Zoom for remote interviews.
