In Short

• Design, build, and optimize software for data collection agents that run across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, Product Managers, and fellow engineers.
• Own the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and maintenance.
• Develop automated tests and comprehensive test plans.
• Help maintain and support our SaaS products.
• This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience with advanced software development in large-scale, highly available, distributed systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Professional experience developing software using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Experience working remotely across timezones.
• Good jokes, or maybe better, bad jokes.
