• Strong understanding of customer support and professional services processes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in compliance environments like FedRAMP.
• Familiarity with Gainsight or Mavenlink is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in high-growth SaaS support systems.
• Basic understanding of integration frameworks and RESTful APIs.
