In Short

• Define and execute the IT systems roadmap across Finance, GTM, Supply Chain, and Infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement and optimize enterprise applications.
• Architect scalable, secure IT solutions that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting and financial forecasting.
• Drive data governance and process automation efforts.
• Work closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams.
• Lead vendor management efforts for platforms like NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Define and track key success metrics for IT system performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT product management.
• Proven track record in enterprise applications and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows and accounting processes.
• Experience leading large-scale system implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications like NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in a high-growth tech company is a plus.
