Overview

We seek an experienced HubSpot CRM and RevOps Specialist who will own the end-to-end build of our HubSpot Sales + Marketing program so the team can run a consistent, data-driven motion: clean data model, clear stages and SLAs, automation, sequences/playbooks, quotes/products, dashboards/forecasting, and practical SOPs. Phone workflows (recordings/transcripts) matter, but are one part of a broader revenue engine you’ll operationalize.

In Short

  • Design deal stages with exit criteria and align lifecycle definitions.
  • Set SLAs and create enforcement alerts.
  • Establish governance for user roles and data quality.
  • Build sequences, templates, and playbooks for sales processes.
  • Configure forecasting tools and define quota filters.
  • Implement automation for lead routing and tasking.
  • Connect Marketing Hub and ensure compliance settings.
  • Publish role-based dashboards for analytics and forecasting.
  • Enable call logging and transcription for coaching.
  • Document SOPs for onboarding and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and RevOps.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and governance.
  • Experience with automation and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to build and analyze dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation and training.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality.
  • Experience with forecasting and analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
