Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our portfolio companies across the Mid East Coast region. This role involves strategic HR leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in private equity or accounting.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws in the Mid East Coast.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
