Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking a seasoned Director of PMO to lead the Project Management function and oversee end-to-end integration of newly acquired firms, ensuring a high-quality experience for firm leaders.

In Short

• Lead the full lifecycle of acquisition integrations.
• Oversee functional integration workstreams across various departments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations.
• Strong understanding of business operations in professional services.
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing project managers.
• Proficiency in project/task management tools.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity.
