• Join Cresta as an Embedded Expert to support customers in utilizing our self-service product.
• Configure and maintain the Cresta application for optimal performance.
• Monitor trends and provide insights based on contact center data.
• Assist customers in operationalizing their program strategy.
• Utilize voice analytics tools to identify emerging topics.
• Respond to ad hoc business requests for data analysis.
• Mentor customer analysts in using Cresta tools effectively.
• Collaborate with the Cresta team to maximize customer success.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in contact centers is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving skills for data analysis.
• Comfortable with SaaS software and adapting to new technologies.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Familiarity with speech analytics is a plus.
