Berkheimer Tax Innovations is seeking adaptable and motivated individuals to join their Wilkes-Barre, PA team as Customer Support Clerks, providing support to taxpayers.

In Short

• Answer taxpayer inquiries in person & over the phone
• Research, maintain, & update tax accounts
• Process tax forms/mail & post payments
• Complete tasks timely while meeting company standards
• Spanish Speaking/Bi-lingual is a MUST!
• Full-time schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• On-site in Wilkes-Barre, PA with potential for hybrid work
• Start date: July 21st, 2025
• Paid training provided

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 6 months related experience and/or training
• Reliable transportation to outer offices
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
