Creative Chaos is looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot CRM, oversee the sales cycle, manage marketing automation, and integrate data across multiple platforms to drive revenue growth. In Short

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM administrator, managing system configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
  • Optimize sales cycle processes within HubSpot to improve efficiency, track deal progress, and ensure proper pipeline management.
  • Manage lead routing, scoring, and assignment automation to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure data hygiene and consistency, regularly auditing and cleansing CRM records.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices.
  • Oversee marketing automation, including email campaigns, workflows, sequences, and lead nurturing.
  • Ensure seamless integrations with third-party tools to optimize outreach and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in HubSpot that integrate data from various sources.
  • Track and analyze key revenue performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Continuously optimize sales and marketing processes by leveraging automation and best practices.

Requirements
