Atlassian Configuration Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, customer-oriented Atlassian Consultant who will help our clients with installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations of Atlassian tools, including Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, BitBucket, and key third-party add-ons.

In Short

• Setting up new environments to host Atlassian applications.
• Assisting clients with new environment setup based on best practices.
• Installations and configurations of new Atlassian applications.
• Upgrades of existing Atlassian applications.
• Migrations of existing Atlassian applications.
• Consolidations of multiple Atlassian applications.
• Migrations from 3rd party tools into Atlassian applications.
• Installations and configurations of external authentication systems.
• Provide support to client administrators and users.
• Troubleshoot various issues and design creative solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Atlassian Products.
• Hands-on experience with Server and Data Center environments.
• Working experience consolidating multiple Atlassian environments.
• Experience migrating Atlassian tools to/from Atlassian Cloud.
• Prior system administration experience.
• Able to analyze and review current environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
