Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field
  • 8+ years in a veterinary practice or related industry role
  • Experience in account management or customer success
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze customer data for insights
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Ability to prioritize customers based on account risk
