Senior Full Stack Engineer (Support & Observability Focus) - Late Shift - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Support & Observability to join our global engineering support team. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about solving complex technical problems, improving system reliability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in support or full stack engineering.
• Strong experience with .NET, React, or Vue.js.
• Proven track record in diagnosing complex issues in distributed systems.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to help.
• Adept at context switching and managing multiple projects.
• Willing to work the late shift.
