Overview

This role involves working with clients to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions within the health insurance sector.

In Short

  • Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems.
  • Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create test case scenarios and oversee testing of applications.
  • Develop business requirements documents/user stories.
  • Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst required.
  • Previous experience in health insurance is mandatory.
  • Agile and Scrum experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field.
  • Experience in the health insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of process documentation and data integration.
  • Technical writing skills are a plus.
