Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
• Experience in health insurance or Insurtech
• Health Insurance-related certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Fluency in Thai required
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Basic technical knowledge is beneficial
