The Senior Engineer of Observability is a key member of the Site Reliability team at Abercrombie & Fitch, responsible for ensuring optimal website performance through effective monitoring and collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance concerns and improvements.
• 5+ years of front-end web development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with session replay and observability tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to debug client-side issues and understand APIs.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Organized and capable of mentoring others.
• Basic data literacy and understanding of website KPIs.
• Collaborative problem-solving skills.
