• Utilize IT knowledge to support AHEAD’s Managed Services platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality documentation and delivery.
• Maintain tooling architecture at the platform level.
• Work with customer service and process owners.
• Support and maintain integrations with third-party tools.
• Automate operational tasks and expand existing toolsets.
• Configure monitoring tools for proactive management.
• Provide third-level support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Document operational processes for optimization.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency support.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in an enterprise environment with 24x7 uptime.
• Experience with monitoring and event management technologies.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Perl, or Python.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with LogicMonitor and Elastic Observability.
