Senior Full Stack Engineer (.Net - Support & Observability Focus) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Support & Observability to join our global engineering support team. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about solving complex technical problems, improving system reliability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Triage and troubleshoot support issues.
• Analyze system behavior using observability tools.
• Debug application code primarily in .NET or NodeJS.
• Take ownership of technical issues.
• Conduct post-incident reviews.
• Automate support needs and improve support tools.
• Participate in strategic discussions around customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in support or full stack engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET, React or Vue.js.
• Proven track record of diagnosing complex issues in distributed systems.
• Experience with observability platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• A customer-first mindset.
• Willing to work the late shift.
