Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare, with experience in healthtech, consulting, or enterprise healthcare.
• Track record of collaboration with payors and providers on high visibility initiatives.
• Understanding of value-based care and risk sharing arrangements.
• Success in business development and sales, including closing strategic deals.
• Ability to influence change across teams and align efforts with business goals.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex topics clearly.
• Strategic thinking combined with execution orientation.
• Proven leadership skills with a high emotional intelligence.
