Senior Solution Engineer - DACH Sales Team - Remote

Overview

As part of our continued growth, we’re on the lookout for our second Senior Solution Engineer to join our DACH Sales team. This role focuses on taking our Commerce solution to the next level.

In Short

• Help prospective customers understand and evaluate the value of Coveo’s Commerce solutions.
• Scope and evaluate prospect opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth technical discovery to capture requirements.
• Configure and deliver tailored, competitive demos.
• Lead the creation and management of Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Be a technical lead in RFI and RFP proposals.
• Participate in conferences and events as a Coveo expert.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as Presales / Sales Engineer / Solution Consultant.
• Commerce platform expertise (B2B or B2C).
• AI/ML expertise with Search and Commerce related models.
• Programming skills with basic Python and JavaScript.
• Able to travel minimum 30% to 50% of the time.
