Overview

The Senior Packaging Engineer will support the Structural Heart and Aortic Business unit at Medtronic, focusing on the design, development, and testing of packaging for medical devices while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Packaging Engineering.

• Experience in regulated environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Strong initiative and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to negotiate and balance stakeholder needs.
• Familiarity with business systems including Excel.
• Leadership skills and ability to drive change.
