Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Practitioner to join our team. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Chief Learning Officer/VP of Talent Management and Business Partners. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our talent management processes, developing tools and templates for organizational design, and advising on best practices for performance management.

In Short

  • Manage and oversee Coursera’s annual review process and performance management.
  • Develop criteria for consistent performance evaluations.
  • Provide training for managers on performance feedback.
  • Design performance improvement plans.
  • Utilize performance data to identify top talent.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics for structural challenges.
  • Advise on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders.
  • Identify high-potential employees for development.
  • Monitor the impact of change initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management.
  • Deep understanding of organizational change and effectiveness.
  • Proficient with HR systems like Workday.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability in designing effective strategies.
  • Knowledge of talent management best practices.
  • Familiarity with GenAI applications for HR.
