Overview

The Senior Learning Design Consultant is a full-time, U.S.-based remote role focused on enabling partner success and driving revenue growth for Coursera’s strategic accounts. You will play a critical role in shaping high-impact, skill-aligned learning programs that meet learner needs and respond to market demand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in online learning.
• 3+ years of STEM experience.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Generative AI in learning design.
• Ability to drive adoption of innovative tools.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
