Overview

The Regional Human Resources Manager provides HR leadership and support across a defined region, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and workforce management.

• Support compliance, engagement, and performance across a multi-campus organization.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
• Serve as a primary HR point of contact for campus leaders.
• Advise on employee relations issues and performance management.
• Monitor employee relations trends and recommend solutions.

• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure regional practices align with enterprise-wide standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of broad-based HR experience required.
• Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment legislation.
• Experience advising on employee relations and performance management.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships.
• Familiarity with implementing HR processes in a multi-site environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and HRIS.
• Experience in vocational education or skilled trades preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and/or overnight for business needs.
