Strategic Finance Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic finance leader with a strong foundation in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development to help drive high-impact financial initiatives across our organization.

In Short

• Lead long-range financial planning in partnership with executive and campus leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate capital deployment opportunities.
• Drive investment analysis and valuation for high-impact initiatives.
• Conduct financial due diligence and scenario modeling for potential acquisitions.
• Support post-transaction integration planning and financial tracking.
• Translate complex financial insights into clear recommendations.
• Provide strategic oversight on financial performance trends.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and resource optimization.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to campus operators and leadership.
• Prepare investment memoranda and board-level materials.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level materials.
• Experience in education or multi-site operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel locally and/or overnight for business.
