Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support our organization’s hiring needs. This role partners closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, build diverse pipelines, and deliver high‑quality candidates for current and future openings. The Sourcer will leverage market insights, sourcing tools, and creative strategies to find and engage passive candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.

• Proactively identify and attract passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Conduct outreach and qualification of candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.
• Research talent markets and analyze data for sourcing strategies.
• Craft personalized outreach that reflects the employer brand.
• Maintain documentation of candidate interactions in the ATS/CRM.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and track sourcing metrics.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of curiosity and creativity in candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
