• Processing of terminations: Independent review and processing of terminations as well as communication with tenants and owners.
• Preparation of decision templates: Preparing well-founded decision templates for owners to optimally manage rental relationships.
• Creation of rental exposés: Responsible for the creation and updating of professional exposés for the successful marketing of rental properties.
• Process control and coordination: Optimization and control of central processes in rental management using modern technologies and in close coordination with local rental agents.

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the real estate industry.
