In Short

• Lead coordination with external tax advisors and accountants for accurate financial accounting.
• Support monthly reporting and contribute to performance analysis.
• Coordinate group-wide financial consolidation.
• Professionalize and streamline accounting and group finance structures.
• Support payroll processes and assist with HR-related topics.
• Work with portfolio companies to implement cost-cutting initiatives.
• Drive financial integration of newly acquired companies.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of HGB and national accounting standards.
• Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Confident communicator with high ownership and reliability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, DATEV, Personio.
