In Short

• Independent accounts receivable and payable accounting for rental and WEG properties
• Ongoing bookings, account reconciliations, and payment monitoring
• Preparation and creation of annual statements and economic plans
• Preparation and creation of operating and service charge statements
• Reporting and evaluations for owners

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in real estate management or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in property accounting (rental and/or WEG management)
• Proficient use of digital tools and accounting or management software (preferably Immoware24 and/or ix-Haus)
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of remote work and independent time management
