In Short

• You will be the first point of contact for owners and tenants, actively handling their inquiries.
• In close collaboration with our property managers, you will support operational management and facilitate smooth information exchange.
• You are responsible for the timely and correct preparation of certificates, documents, and processing of handover protocols and sales notifications.
• Through proactive communication, you will understand the needs of owners and tenants and ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
• You will ensure that damage reports are processed transparently and professionally, coordinating with craftsmen and insurance companies.

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the real estate industry.
• Prior knowledge in property management and administration is advantageous.
