In Short

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) support ~25-30 Learners in virtual training programs.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ensure Learner comprehension.
• Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions and answer them promptly.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures when applicable.
• Grade Learner submissions within seven days of submission.
• Hold Individual Office Hours via Zoom for additional support.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and provide feedback for program improvement.
• 1 year of experience in software testing or related field required.
• Proficiency in programming languages and test automation tools is essential.
• This role is remote.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software testing, SDET, or QA field.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and testing practices.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Certification in SDET or related areas preferred.
