Senior Finance and ERP Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Finance and ERP Manager will serve as the finance lead for the Genesis ERP transformation initiative, ensuring seamless integration between finance, operations, and IT.

In Short

• Lead the design of financial process blueprints for ERP.
• Manage deployment of financial processes at manufacturing sites.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for financial processes.
• Collaborate with IT and operations for accurate data flow.
• Analyze production costs and report variances.
• Build and manage a finance team for the ERP rollout.
• Conduct training sessions for finance users.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX.
• Lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Travel up to 75% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven success in ERP rollouts (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Project management skills.
