Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior accounts receivable (AR) analyst with concentrated experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Order to Cash processes with a focus on accounts receivable and customer master data management. This position will oversee the company’s Aperture Solutions – US Business Unit implementation of JD Edwards E1. This critical role involves optimizing financial processes through the effective use of technology solutions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across various departments.

In Short

• Manage and oversee the implementation of the order to cash processes within JD Edwards E1
• Primary support for user acceptance testing within financial applications related to AR
• Review and update test scripts as necessary
• Draft and maintain user documentation and provide training
• Provide reporting and monitoring of AR and customer master data
• Support data conversion activities for customer and open AR data
• Project management and collaboration with the business for system migrations
• Identify and oversee solutions for process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in accounts receivable
• 3+ years experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Experience with acquisition integrations
• Technical understanding of system process flows
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills
