• Ownership of cash inflow through daily reconciliations.
• Collect on aged outstanding accounts via calls and emails.
• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Communicate effectively with Sales regarding customer accounts.
• Escalate delinquent payments when necessary.
• Application of payments and reconciliation of disputes.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to direct manager.

• Collaborate with the General Accounting team on cash entries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of High Volume B2B Collections experience.
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Excellent English proficiency in communication.
• High degree of diplomacy and urgency.
