Project Solutions Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Solutions Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and handing off projects within the Components division, requiring a background in building materials and technical skills to support the sales team.

In Short

• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for building component products.
• Support the National team of Sales Managers.
• Manage opportunities and projects within CRM.
• Prepare quotes and contracts for customers.
• Directly interface with customers as needed.
• Handle claims and account reconciliation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to read architectural/construction drawings.
• Experience in quoting from customer-provided drawings.
• Familiarity with OST or similar takeoff software is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Prior project coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
