In Short

• Lead the technical oversight, delivery, and optimization of customer-facing support programs for generative AI clients.
• Orchestrate programs addressing challenges in supercomputing fleets.
• Serve as an escalation point for operations engineers.
• Engage with customers to gather and communicate program requirements.
• Foster collaboration among engineering, product management, and operations teams.
• Design and implement improvement initiatives based on data insights.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives.
• Identify and communicate potential risks throughout the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 2+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Ability to navigate a fast-evolving landscape with shifting priorities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to juggle multiple domains while maintaining priorities.
• Eagerness to learn about GPU/server hardware and generative AI.
• Familiarity with modern computer components and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, Servers, Data Centers, Linux, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience in Jira, Supercomputing, and bare metal fleets is a plus.
