In Short

  • Understand and anticipate clients’ needs for Technology solutions.
  • Develop Technology Category strategy and build contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor market development and competitive landscape.
  • Develop partnerships with suppliers and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Assess and optimize Technology contract offerings.
  • Collaborate with PE firms to create solutions.
  • Nurture supplier relationships for new offerings.
  • Partner with Digital Product Manager for buying channels.
  • Manage suppliers and contract performance.
  • Support outreach to new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong industry knowledge across the IT portfolio.
  • 15+ years of experience in structuring commercial contracts.
  • Seasoned negotiator with contract negotiation experience.
  • Familiarity with procurement practices and buying behaviors.
  • Understanding of supplier economics.
  • Relationship building skills with key buyers and suppliers.
  • Product research and development experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.
