Overview

The Program Coordinator is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CORE’s climate resilience and disaster preparedness programming, ensuring compliance with grant objectives and fostering partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in emergency management or related field (graduate preferred).
• Knowledge of disaster and climate risks in California.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, CEM, PMP) are preferred.
• 2-3 years in environmental sciences or related fields.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in a second language preferred.
