Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a well-capitalized private equity group that’s actively expanding its hospitality portfolio and raising a new fund. They are seeking a highly experienced finance professional to work directly with both fund stakeholders and portfolio operators to manage fund-level financial operations and reporting.

In Short

• Fund-level financial management, LP reporting, capital calls/distributions
• Liaison between operators and PE stakeholders for consolidated reporting
• Remote work with ability to travel to Chicago periodically
• Strong PE fund finance/accounting experience required
• Deep understanding of fund structures, investor reporting, and audits
• Experience with hospitality or multi-entity reporting preferred
• A proactive, consultative mindset is essential
• This is a contract role paid hourly with long-term potential
