Requirements

• Formal accountancy qualification (ACA/ICAS/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience in financial reporting and working capital.
• Proven experience leading small finance teams.
• Hands-on approach to finance tasks.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to demystify financial data.
