Overview

The Support Desk Specialist provides first tier support for colleagues and patients for all IT related items via multiple channels for break/fix issues, inquiries, or requests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service, healthcare, or IT experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT support tools like Active Directory, VMWare, Epic, and ServiceNow preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from specific states.
