Accounts Payable Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Analyst position is responsible for processing daily invoices, reviewing expenses, and assisting in inventory recording at Coperion.

In Short

• Process daily and weekly invoices from various vendors.
• Review and reconcile Concur expenses and vendor statements.
• Validate expense reports and ensure accuracy.
• Complete monthly account reviews and reconciliations.
• Work closely with procurement to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and review monthly freight analysis.
• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and SOX.
• Participate in cycle count accuracy reviews.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Effective communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accounting or finance degree preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and Concur is a plus.
• Ambitious and eager to expand role responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• SOX experience preferred.
