Overview

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for maintaining and monitoring all Accounts Payable processing, ensuring timely and accurate recording of client account expenses.

In Short

• Maintain and monitor Accounts Payable Mailbox.
• Ensure all invoices for the month are received and processed.
• Data entry of vendor invoices for timely recording.
• Coordinate with the Account Team for validation of invoices.
• Ensure all invoices are valid and correct.
• Communicate any invoice rejections promptly.

Requirements

• BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
