Director, Record to Report Global Delivery Leader - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled RTR Global Delivery Lead within a newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of Global RTR delivery across multiple sites, leading a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or Chartered accountant equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant finance management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and ERP systems.
• Experience in GBS or SSC center.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sustainability.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
