Test Manager - E-Banking - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and open-minded Test Manager for our banking client in Zurich, with proven experience in test management within the banking sector.

In Short

• Create, extend, and implement a test concept (i.e., test plan and test strategy)
• Plan, organize, and manage all testing activities within the testing team
• Resource management and test team leadership
• Risk assessment and prioritization of test cases (in collaboration with POs)
• Monitor test progress and reporting (test reporting)
• Create comprehensive test cases based on acceptance criteria and user stories
• Ensure successful regression tests and identification of code changes
• Build and expand test environments

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in the banking sector
• Experience in testing within the e-banking environment is a plus
• Team leadership experience
• Experience with the following methods & tools: BDD, Cucumber, Jira Xray, Playwright, Confluence
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
