SQL Database Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and open-minded SQL Database Engineer for our client in the insurance industry in Zurich.

In Short

• Operating an Operational Data Storage (ODS) for the central management application (Web).
• Managing ETL processes and Stored Procedures to load data into the ODS.
• Implementing business requirements and resolving bugs.
• Supporting project objectives in the data area.

Requirements

• SQL Database Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Expertise in ETL frameworks and data transformations in Stored Procedures.
• Profound knowledge of SQL and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of BVG is a plus.
• Excellent technical understanding of SQL Server and an above-average ability to comprehend complex relationships and derive solutions.
• Independent working style and a high sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
