In Short

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions.
• Advise customers and internal teams on ServiceNow processes.
• Conduct requirements analysis and create technical specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification.
• Experienced in ServiceNow DevOps Engineering.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow technologies like Flow Designer and Scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Knowledge of connecting ServiceNow to third-party systems via APIs.
• Expertise in microservices architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good knowledge of English; German or French is an advantage.
