ITSM Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ITSM Administrator for our client in the insurance sector in Zurich.

In Short

• Contribute to the implementation of a new ITSM solution.
• Manage ITSM processes and their automation with a focus on Incident, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management.
• Design and improve modern processes with a focus on automation.
• Maintain and technically support the CMDB and configuration management data model.
• Review daily imports from source systems.
• Check CMDB quality and initiate corrective actions.
• Identify, promote, and implement process and interface optimizations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in automating IT processes using scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of API integration and development.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and agile methods.
• Experience with leading ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti, or BMC Remedy.
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management and Configuration Management processes.
• Proven experience in implementing and developing ITSM processes.
• Fluent in German and English.
